Hi, I’m Helen and...  I’m passionate about helping people feel connected to their soul purpose and achieving their best life.   I have been working in this field since 1999.  I worked for over 22 years in corporate America, so I bring a practical sense to spiritual work.  

I’m a certified Spiritual Life Coach, a certified medium (James Van Praagh school), Reiki Master and energy healer, and an intuitive reader.  I am based in Oklahoma City, OK, USA and do readings around the world.  (Six continents so far!)

Most of us wish to create an extraordinary life, one that nourishes our soul and its journey.  Equally, life challenges and circumstances can bring blocks, pain and a feeling of being stuck.  Ever felt you were here to do something, but it remains elusive? Helen is experienced in spirit work, healing, mediumship and Akashic Record/past lives work.  She will weave it all together in an experience that is unique for you.  You are one of a kind, and so is your consultation!  Helen combines that with her compassion, humor and encouragement, so you will leave with clarity and peace. 

What is Mediumship?

Helen says, "It is not scary!  That's the question I probably get asked the most.. along with 'isn't that a bit weird?'  It feels like a very natural thing.  Death is an inevitable part of life, and I find it comforting that our loved ones still want to communicate with us".

Mediums are able to raise their vibration high enough to connect to the other side, and sustain it to facilitate communication.  Many, many of you have shared that you have seen/felt/heard your loved ones, but it is fleeting.  As a medium, Helen can perceive consciousness from people who have left their physical bodies and relay those messages to you. 

The purpose of mediumship is to reassure you that life does not end with physical death. It is normal and human to grieve the loss of loved ones. We loved them; of course we miss them! Mediumship can provide comfort, and a way to move forward, knowing that your loved one is still with you.

How long has Helen been doing mediumship?

Helen began her journey with energy healing and then developed into mediumship.  Helen has taken many classes over the last 15+ years and continues to learn something with every reading.  

What can I expect from a mediumship reading?

Helen is often asked, "is my loved one at peace?"  Yes, probably a great deal more than you are!  

The main goal of your deceased loved ones is to communicate reassurance, memories, love, perhaps apologies/acknowledgement of difficult times on earth.  It is to enable you to move on, less burdened by grief and struggle, so you can fulfill your life lessons and enjoy your time here on earth, until you are united once again.

Helen is a mental medium, which means Spirits impress her mind and body with thoughts and feelings that come in any/all of the following ways: mentally "hearing" (clairaudience), "seeing" (clairvoyance), "smelling/tasting" (clairgustance), "knowing" (claircognizance) and/or "feeling" (clairsentience). Mediumship is the bridge between the spiritual and the physical world, with the intention of healing both worlds.  

What if I don't live in Oklahoma?

Helen has read for people on SIX continents so far!  Distance is no block to communication.  Helen can read for you via Zoom or phone.

How long has Helen been doing energy healing?

Helen began training as a Reiki practitioner in 2000, and quickly became a Reiki Master and Teacher.  Helen teaches Reiki classes of all levels in the Oklahoma City area.  She has studied other forms of energy healing as well, and brings all that knowledge to your healing session. 

What is Energy Healing or Reiki?

According to Cancer.gov, "it is a form of complementary and alternative medicine based on the belief that a vital energy flows through the human body. The goal of energy healing is to balance the energy flow in the patient. It is used to reduce stress and anxiety and promote well-being.  Energy healing is being studied in patients receiving cancer therapy, to find out if it can improve quality of life, boost the immune system, or reduce side effects". 

Energy healing is done throughout the world, and is safe, gentle and peaceful.   Unlike massage, there is no manipulating or movement of the body.

What can I expect from a healing session?

Energy knows where you need it most… and will go there.  It may be on the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual level. 

Reiki treatments typically last about 50 minutes. During a session, you'll lie on a massage table fully clothed, as Helen channels energy to you.  

She does not place hands on you, but works several inches above the body.  

People have different responses to energy healing. You may experience any of the following: a good nights sleep, sensations of moving energy, deep relaxation, feelings of being supported and nurtured, or visions of images and colors.

What if I don't live in Oklahoma?

Energy healing can be sent anywhere on the planet.  Distance is no block to energy and intent!  For distance healing, Helen can do this via Zoom or phone so that you know you are connected during the session. Energy is sent and experienced during the session.
