How long has Helen been doing energy healing?

• Helen teaches Reiki classes of all levels in the Oklahoma City area.

YES!  Helen has been teaching Usui Reiki classes for 20+ years.  Begin or continue your Reiki journey with her!

What is Energy Healing or Reiki?

According to Cancer.gov, "it is a form of complementary and alternative medicine based on the belief that a vital energy flows through the human body. The goal of energy healing is to balance the energy flow in the patient. It is used to reduce stress and anxiety and promote well-being.  Energy healing is being studied in patients receiving cancer therapy, to find out if it can improve quality of life, boost the immune system, or reduce side effects". 

Energy healing is done throughout the world, and is safe, gentle and peaceful.   Unlike massage, there is no manipulating or movement of the body.

What can I expect from a healing session?

Energy knows where you need it most… and will go there.  It may be on the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual level. 

Reiki treatments typically last about 50 minutes. During a session, you'll lie on a massage table, fully clothed, as Helen channels energy to you.  

She does not place hands on you, but works several inches above the body.  

People have different responses to energy healing. You may experience any of the following: a good nights sleep, sensations of moving energy, deep relaxation, feelings of being supported and nurtured, or visions of images and colors.

What if I don't live in Oklahoma?

Energy healing can be sent anywhere on the planet.  Distance is no block to energy and intent!  For distance healing, Helen can do this via Zoom or phone so that you know you are connected during the session. Energy is sent and experienced during the session.
