As a medium, I can perceive consciousness from people who have left their physical bodies and relay those messages to you. 

The purpose of mediumship is to reassure you that life does not end with physical death. It is normal and human to grieve the loss of loved ones. We loved them; of course we miss them! 

Mediumship can provide comfort, and a way to move forward, knowing that your loved one is still with you.

I am experienced in spirit work, healing, mediumship, Tarot and Akashic Record/past lives work. I will weave it all together in an experience that is unique for you.

You are one of a kind, and so is your reading! I combine it all with compassion, humor and encouragement, so you will leave with clarity and peace.

I have been a Reiki Master and teacher since 2000 and have studied several forms of energy healing.

I am trained in Holy Fire Reiki.

Reiki sessions are available in-person (Oklahoma City office), or via distance healing. Doesn't matter where on the globe you are, energy healing can be sent to you!

Reiki classes (Levels 1, 2, 3/Master) available. 

This 60-minute immersive experience combines Reiki and vibroacoustic sound therapy to help you deeply relax, recharge your energy, and support overall wellbeing.

30 minutes Reiki with Helen (Ripples of Light) and
30 minutes Vibroacoustic Sound Bed (in collaboration with Solari Head Spa, in the adjoining room).
