It is always my intent to serve Spirit with the very highest standard of kindness, integrity, and empathy. I honor the deeply traumatic grief experienced by some of my clients, and always seek to empower and to conclude the session with you being at peace.  ** However, a mediumship reading is NOT the kind of deep grief-informed and trauma-informed healing that some may require. If you are on a healing journey from deeply traumatic loss, please seek counseling with a licensed therapist.

Helen says, "It is not scary!  That's the question I probably get asked the most.. along with 'isn't that a bit weird?'  It feels like a very natural thing.  Death is an inevitable part of life, and I find it comforting that our loved ones still want to communicate with us".

Mediums are able to raise their vibration high enough to connect to the other side, and sustain it to facilitate communication.  Many, many of you have shared that you have seen/felt/heard your loved ones, but it is fleeting.  As a medium, Helen can perceive consciousness from people who have left their physical bodies and relay those messages to you. 

The purpose of mediumship is to reassure you that life does not end with physical death. It is normal and human to grieve the loss of loved ones. We loved them; of course we miss them! Mediumship can provide comfort, and a way to move forward, knowing that your loved one is still with you.

How long has Helen been doing mediumship?

Around 2001, Helen's journey with energy healing and spiritual work expanded into mediumship.  Helen has taken many classes over the years and continues to learn something with every reading.  

What can I expect from a mediumship reading?

Helen is often asked, "is my loved one at peace?"  Yes, probably a great deal more than you are!  

The main goal of your deceased loved ones is to communicate reassurance, memories, love, perhaps apologies/acknowledgement of difficult times on earth.  It is to enable you to move on, less burdened by grief and struggle, so you can fulfill your life lessons and enjoy your time here on earth, until you are united once again.

Helen is a mental and evidential medium, which means Spirits impress her mind and body with thoughts and feelings that come in any/all of the following ways: mentally "hearing" (clairaudience), "seeing" (clairvoyance), "smelling/tasting" (clairgustance), "knowing" (claircognizance) and/or "feeling" (clairsentience). 

Mediumship is the bridge between the spiritual and the physical world, with the intention of healing both worlds.  

YES!  Helen has been teaching Usui Reiki classes for 20+ years.  Begin or continue your Reiki journey with her!

Energy knows where you need it most… and will go there.  It may be on the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual level. 

Reiki treatments typically last about 50 minutes. During a session, you'll lie on a massage table, fully clothed, as Helen channels energy to you.  

She does not place hands on you, but works several inches above the body.  

People have different responses to energy healing. You may experience any of the following: a good nights sleep, sensations of moving energy, deep relaxation, feelings of being supported and nurtured, or visions of images and colors.

On the 2nd Monday of each month, we are hosting Reiki Circle night at 3rd St Yoga Studio in Edmond, OK.  (7:30-8:30pm).

Several Reiki practitioners volunteer each month to share Reiki with you!  $10 donation to 3rd St Studio per person.
