As a Reiki Master & Herbalist I have a passion for holistic herbs and organic gardening for over 2 decades. Losing my mother (HATTIE), my rock, to Diabetes and Congestive heart failure was devastating and ignited this passon. I watched her struggle for years to control her disease with little help from modern medicine. After being diagnosed w/ Type 2 Diabetes and Hypertension Blood Pressure myself, I thought there has to be a better way. This thought opened a door ad lead me down a path to grow and heal our bodies with plant magik.
After years of studying and learning how herbs heal different illnesses and diseases, I earned my certification as a Natural Health Consultant to heal using Self Care Practices such as reiki, crystals, spiritual guiding, and healing with the help of the Ancestors. For the last the last 3 years it has been my mission to cultivate, educate my clients about the benefits of herbs and holistic healing. By doing workshops on your own herbal blend, by empowering you to take care of yourself and your family naturally, without the complications and side effects that comes with modern medicine.
Connecting with people brings my heart and soul so much happiness. I am honored to be a chapter member of (NWIAA) National Women in Agricultural Association, as well as (WWFJ) Warriors Working For Jesus, a community outreach group that helps with feeding the homeless monthly, providing clothes, hot meals, ministry and more. I Love love, watching humans be the best versions of themselves, living a happy healthy life rigs me an abundance of Joy. To me, this is what Life is really about.

Laura is a dedicated holistic therapist and passionate advocate for the transformative power of essential oils. With a career rooted in her lifelong desire to help others feel better, Laura’s journey began at Leicester College, where she initially trained as a beauty therapist. Realizing her true calling lay elsewhere, she transitioned to holistic therapy, where she immediately knew she had found her path.
Laura's experiences are as diverse as they are inspiring. Her global travels exposed her to a wide variety of massage techniques from different cultures, which deeply influenced her practice at Essentially Blended. Upon returning home, Laura re-engaged with her passion for essential oils and holistic healing, pursuing advanced qualifications including an Anatomy and Physiology Diploma, an Advanced Aromatherapy Diploma, and a Clinical Aromatherapy Diploma.
Specializing in clinical consultations, Laura tailors each massage to her clients' unique needs, combining bespoke blends of essential oils with a range of techniques to achieve the best possible outcomes. Her expertise extends to manual lymphatic drainage and baby massage, areas in which she has developed significant proficiency and passion.

Dana Taylor

Raised in the cultural crossroads of Southern California, Dana Taylor graduated from the University of Redlands, CA with a degree in theatre and writing. She enjoyed a long marriage to a lawyer from Oklahoma. She has two daughters and seven grandchildren, which she finds astounding. Her search for personal wellness led to studying alternative medicine, essential oils, and energy healing. She is a Reiki Master.
Her books have won various awards including Golden Quill Awards Best First Book (Ain’t Love Grand), and 2014 Independent Spirit Book Awards – Energy Medicine Category (Ever-Flowing Streams: Christ, Reiki, Reincarnation and Me). She devotes time every day to distance energy healing work and co-creates meditations with her spiritual “team” as time allows. Her meditations are available on YouTube and ad-free in the menu area at Supernal Living. She is active with the online community, Spiritual Awakenings International, and volunteers her time as Assistant to the President. Currently, she lives in a cottage in the redwood forest of Northern California.
