This one-hour Reiki Circle offers a calm, supportive, non-judgmental space to pause, breathe, reset, and recharge.

Men’s mental and emotional health is often overlooked.
In the United States:
- Men account for nearly 80% of suicides nationwide. (CDC, 2023)
- About 1 in 3 adults report feeling lonely, and social isolation is linked to increased health risks. (CDC Social Connection & Health, 2024)
- Men are significantly less likely to seek mental health support despite high levels of stress, isolation, and burnout. (Boston Medical Center HealthCity, 2023)

Sometimes the strongest thing a person can do is allow themselves a moment to breathe.
This event is not therapy, and it is not about “having all the answers.”
It is simply an opportunity to slow down, receive support, and experience a different kind of healing space.
What is Reiki?
According to Cancer.gov, "it is a form of complementary and alternative medicine based on the belief that a vital energy flows through the human body. The goal of energy healing is to balance the energy flow in the patient. It is used to reduce stress and anxiety and promote well-being".
Energy healing is done throughout the world, and is safe, gentle and peaceful. Unlike massage, it is done with the person fully-clothed and there is no manipulating or movement of the body.

I began training as a Usui Reiki practitioner in 2000, and quickly became a Reiki Master and Teacher.
